Use Your Sheet Mask Correctly
After you’ve chosen a sheet mask to treat your skin, it’s important that you use it properly to see results. Start off by cleaning your skin with a mild facial soap followed with a toner. Then place the sheet mask on to your face. Make sure the mask‘s fabric is applied correctly by gently arranging it to fit around your eyes, nose and lips. Leave the sheet mask on for 10-20 minutes. Finally, discard the used mask and massage the remaining liquid into the skin in upward circular motions. You’ll also need to finish with your favourite moisturiser to lock in the skincare ingredients.
How Long Should You Wear a Sheet Mask?
Another very important tip to consider is the amount of time you wear the sheet mask. If you’ve chosen a sheet mask made with the highest-quality ingredients, you’ll want to get the most out of the product. But, if you leave it on for too long the ingredients and the mask will begin to dry out. For the best results you’ll need to wear the sheet mask for 10 to 20 minutes. The sheet masks are biodegradable and compostable. The pouches that hold the sheet mask have an aluminium lining to keep the product fresh and so cannot be recycled.
The 4-pack and multi-pack boxes can be recycled as long as you remove the button and string closure prior to recycling.
