RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied we are here to help. 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt.

We are happy to offer a full refund if the contents of the box are faulty or not as described, however for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges if any of the contents have been opened.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method. Packages returned after 14 days of receipt are not eligible for refund. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

The goods must be unopened, unused and available for resale. Goods will be checked upon arrival and any products not suitable for resale will be resent back to the customer at a charge of £3.99. Although we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind under the ‘Sales of Goods Law’.

Please contact us prior to sending any items back to us. Our email address for returns is info@luluorry.com. We cannot accept a return or exchange without prior email communication with reasoning as to why you would like to return or exchange your products. 

In order for us to process your returns in the most efficient way, we strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt with your tracking number. We are only responsible for your parcel once it has reached us, so in the case of your parcel being lost in transit, we will not be able to process your refund.

Sale items are non refundable and non returnable.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days under the Distance Selling Regulations. However, as we aim to dispatch items within 48-72 hours, if the item has been dispatched you will have to return the goods to us at a cost to the purchaser.

We will refund money on receipt of the goods in satisfactory condition. This means they have not been used, opened or have damaged packaging. We are legally obliged to ensure your money is refunded within 30 working days of receipt of the returned goods in saleable condition.
