Online orders are processed and shipped within 5 working days. Any orders placed over the weekend or during public bank holidays will be processed after the next working day. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Taxes & Duties
Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated and included in all orders to UK and EU shipping destinations.
International Shipments
Please note that order pricing is exclusive of all international duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to – payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrivals. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, by using this website you accept responsibility for any such taxes and duties.
Should you reject your order at customs and your order is returned to us, your order refund will be the total order amount less shipping costs and any taxes and duties paid by LULU ORRY
Prohibited Items
We are unable to ship some products overseas due to legislation that prohibits the transport of goods that can be considered dangerous. These will include all our aerosols, fragrances and nail varnishes. For more information and a full list, please visit the Royal Mail website
PO Box Addresses
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
RETRUNS:
We hope you are happy with our order. However LULUORRY will offer you a refund on unopened items which are returned to us within 14 days of receipt provided they are in their original re-saleable condition. Notification of any damage or shortages in delivered goods should be made within 24 hours of their receipt by email to info@luluorry.com. If a product appears to be faulty, this should be reported to us via email and returned to us within 7 days of notification. We do not use returns slips.
Your order should be returned using a tracked delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.
Please note you are responsible for any delivery costs incurred in returning any orders. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are non-saleable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refused & Undeliverable Packages
All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present/failure to claim will be refunded minus any delivery costs luluorry.com has incurred in sending the products out to you.
