Terms and Conditions

This site is owned by LULUORRY  Ltd whose company number is on the register maintained by Companies House and is 12052656. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (referred to as “you” or “your”) with Lulu Orry (“Lulu Orry” “us” or “we”), at www.luluorry.com (“website”). Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on the website. By placing an order, you agree and accept these Terms and Conditions. We may modify these Terms and Conditions occasionally, should you not agree with the Terms and Conditions or are unclear with any aspect please contact us at info@luluorry.com. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

  1. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display accurate stock availability on the website but stock levels are subject to change without notification.

Please note that all orders are subject to availability and stock is not reserved until your order has been confirmed. Items placed in your basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

We purchase all products on our site either directly from the brand or from the brand authorised distributors which provides you with an extra guarantee of quality and assurance. Due to the nature of some of the products we stock (many of which are completely free from artificial preservatives) we can guarantee a maximum shelf life of 6 months from purchase. Products can vary in texture, smell and consistency within each batch due to the natural ingredients.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images, ingredients and prices of products appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Although we aim to keep the Site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Site at a particular time may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We may also at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per address or per order. When availability of any product is restricted for any reason, a full refund will be provided for the items cancelled.

  1. Registering

To be able to place an order from our website you will be asked to register. You must provide your name, email address and a password to register. You are required to provide information that is true, accurate and current.

If any of your registration details change please update this on the website or notify us at info@luluorry.com

You will be asked to provide a password when registering and this should be kept secure at all times.

  1. Completing an order

Before completing an order you can review your order including total price and shipping charges. Once you submit your order by pressing confirm in checkout you have agreed to pay the total amount due and have agreed to the terms and conditions.

  1. Payment

We accept payment online using MasterCard, VISA and Maestro.

Payment for your order is taken at the time your order is placed. The currency used in British Pounds (GBP). VAT is included in all our prices.

You are required to provide payment details that are valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. LULUORRY reserves the right to cancel orders if they do not meet all or any of the security requirements and to restrict multiple quantities or an item, or of orders being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

  1. Order Confirmation

You will receive an online confirmation on your screen once your order has been placed, as well as an email confirmation.

  1. Changes to your placed order

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible so once your order has been placed we are unable to make changes to your order. If you wish to change a placed order you must contact us as soon as possible at info@luluorry.com

  1. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British pounds (£/GBP). All prices exclude shipping fees which will be added in checkout and will differ based on which country your order is shipped to. You can select shipping country in checkout.

If you are placing an order using a card which is not denominated in British pounds (£/GBP) your card issuer will calculate the applicable exchange rate to process the transaction. Lulu Orry is not responsible for any exchange rates.

Any customs or import duties are charged once a parcel reaches the destination country. Any additional charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we do not have any control over these charges and advise you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing the order.

  1. Delivery

We will dispatch approved orders as quickly as possible but delivery timescales will be dependent on the delivery method chosen in checkout. Delivery times vary depending on country and certain postcodes within the UK. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

If we are unable to dispatch all or part of an order due to stock or other reasons, we will inform you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be able to cancel the order and a refund for the full order amount, including shipping will be provided to you.

  1. Returns and Cancellations

Returns:

LULUORRY will offer you a refund on unopened items which are returned to us within 7 days of receipt provided they are in their original re-saleable condition. Notification of any damage or shortages in delivered goods should be made within 24 hours of their receipt by email to info@luluorry.com.  If a product appears to be faulty, this should be reported to us via email and returned to us within 7 days of notification.

Your order should be returned using a tracked delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.

Cancellation/Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days following receipt of your goods. If you wish to cancel your order please return the unopened and unused goods in their original packaging to us within 7 days of notifying us of your wish to return the order.

Your order should be returned using a tracked, signed for delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.

We will process a refund on receipt of goods.

Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please note, we cannot process refunds for goods that are not returned to us within the specified 7 day period, have been opened, used or are not in their original packaging.

10. Refused & Undeliverable Packages

All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present/failure to claim will be refunded minus any delivery costs luluorry.com has incurred in sending the products out to you.

11. Product Liability

LULUORRY shall not be held liable for any damages, injury or illness caused by the misuse of any product sold on this site. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to read and understand all the product instructions carefully and to use the product strictly according to the manufacturer’s instructions. LULUORRY shall not be held responsible for any damages, injury or illness that occur due to the use of the product, or as the result of any other unforeseen occurrence. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether the products are suitable for their use.

Where the Site or any Submission made by any user includes views, opinions, advice and recommendations, these views, opinions, advice and recommendations are not endorsed by us and we do not accept any liability on account of the accuracy, defamatory nature, completeness, timeliness or otherwise of such views, opinions, advice and recommendations.
